WEEK OF APRIL 8 to APRIL 12

ALGEBRA 1 CP1
         This week we will work solely on factoring trinomials into products of binomials.  You will do a worksheet each night as homework.  A quiz is scheduled for Friday.

ALGEBRA 1 CP2
         This week we will work on the concept of adding and subtracting polynomials with our usal quiz set for Friday.

GEOMETRY HONORS
          The week starts off with a review of Sections 10-4 to 10-6 to prepare for a quiz Tuesday.  Then we will work on Sections 10-7 and 10-8, Special Segments in a Circle and Equations of Circles.  This will finish the chapter, which means that a Chapter Test will be coming after vacation.

ALGEBRA 2 HONORS
         We begin the week with a quiz on ellipses and hyperbolas.  From there we will go back to section 8-2 on Parabolas.  You have already done some work with parabolas, but thes were Quadratic Functions and only opened up or down.  These parabolas will open left and right.
