ALGEBRA 2 HONORS
We have been reviewing Geometry to prepare for next week's MCAS Math Test and this week we start our final unit of the year on Logarithms. I hope to cover the first three sections of Chapter 10 before we have a quiz sometime next week. I say sometime because of the MCAS testing on Tuesday and Wednesday.
ALGEBRA 1 CP2
This week I will begin a review of Factoring. We covered this concept back in December but it was not on the Midterm Exam. However it is on your Final so the review is necessary. Our weekly quiz is still on Friday.
GEOMETRY HONORS
We continue our work in Chapter 11 on Areas. This week I will finish the chapter with Areas of Irregular Figures and Geometric Probability. I have tentatively scheduled a Chapter Test for Friday.
ALGEBRA 1 CP1
We continue our work in Chapter 11 this week with Sections 11-5 & 11-6. Section 11-5 deals with Polynomial Long Division and Synthetic Division. Section 11-6 covers Addition and Subtraction of Rational Expressions.
