ALGEBRA 2 HONORS
This week we finish up Section 5-4 on Factoring so that we can have a quiz Tuesday. Then we jump up to Section 6-3, solving Quadratic Equations by Factoring. From there we will go to Chapter 9 for 3 sections dealing with Rational Exponents. Hopefully we can squeeze in another quiz next week before Thanksgiving break.
ALGEBRA 1 CP2
The week will be spent in Section 8-2, multipling a Polynomial by a Monomial. Our quiz this week will be on Thursday because of the Anti-Bullying presentation Friday, which will occur during Period C.
ALGEBRA 1 CP1
We start the week off by multiplying binomials by binomials and by trinomials. Then we will work on some special products before we begin the concept of Factoring. There will be a quiz next Monday or Tuesday.
GEOMETRY HONORS
We finish up Section 4-6 on Isosceles Triangles and then review for a Chapter 4 Test Thursday. Then we begin Chapter 5 on relationships in triangles. We will cover such concepts as medians, altitudes, and perpendicular bisectors and how they are used.
