ALGEBRA 2 HONORS
We begin the week in Section 9-2, Adding and Subtracting Rational Expressions. We will spend two days on this concept and then review for a quiz on Sections 6-3, 9-1, and 9-2 that is scheduled for Thursday. Then we will go to 9-6, solving Rational Equations and Inequalities.
ALGEBRA 1 CP2
We have been multiplying binomials together for a couple of days and will continue this on Monday. Then we will begin the concept of Factoring, one of the most important parts of any Algebra course. We will start by looking for the GCF and Taking it out as a common monomial factor. Our weekly quiz is Friday.
GEOMETRY HONORS
We continue our work in Chapter 5 on Triangle Inequalities. My plan is to finish the chapter this week and hopefully test on it by Friday.
ALGEBRA 1 CP1
We begin the week by learning how to factor basic trinomials. A quiz will be given Tuesday on Section 8-5 from before Thanksgiving, and then we continue factoring for the rest of the week. There may be a second quiz either on Friday or Monday based on factoring simple trinomials.
