ALGEBRA 2 HONORS
We begin the week reviewing for a quiz Tuesday on Sections 6-4,6-6, and 6-6. These are on Completing the Square, parabolas in vertex form , and Graphing and Solving Quadratic Inequalities. From there we will go to Chapter 7 on Polynomial Functions and their graphs.
ALGEBRA 1 CP2
We are continuing Section 9-1 Monday by graphing some Quadratic Funtions. You learned last week the formula x= -b/2a and we will continue to use this during the week. Then we will go to Section 9-2, Solving Quadratic Functions by graphing. Our weekly quiz will be Friday.
GEOMETRY HONORS
We have been workong with right triangles and will continue to do so this week. We learn about Special Right Triangles such as the 45-45-90 and the 30-60-90 and will fill out a Graphic Organizer in class Monday which you can use during the week. A quiz is scheduled for Friday. You will also be taking a DDM test Tuesday in class.
ALGEBRA 1 CP1
We continue graphing Quadratic Functions this week by finishing Section 9-1 and going to 9-2. Tuesday will find you taking a DDM test in class and then we will go to 9-3 on Transformations of Quadratic Functions in which you will compare and contrast two functions based on the same equation. A quiz will be scheduled for early next week.
