ALGEBRA 2 CP1
We begin the week by working on Systems of Equations Word Problems. From we will begin to solve Systems of Inequalities by graphing and shading. After that we will go to Linear Programming, which involves systems of inequalities. I have a quiz tentatively scheduled for Tuesday October 14.
ALGEBRA 1 CP1
We continue our work on Inequalities by doing Section 5-4, Compound Inequalities. This is where you will graph two inequalities on the same number line. Then we will begin Section 5-5 on Absolute Value Inequalities. I plan to have a quiz on this material before our Aquarium Field Trip, probably Tuesday October 14.
GEOMETRY HONORS
We finish Chapter 2 Monday by covering Section 2-8 on Angle Relationships. I have a Chapter Test scheduled for Thursday. Then we will begin Chapter 3 on Parallel and Perpendicular Lines.
ALGEBRA 1 CP2
We continue our work with Inequalities by working in Section 5-3, Multi-Step Inequalities. We will spend most of the week solving this type of problem ending with our weekly quiz Friday.
