WEEK OF NOV. 10-14

ALGEBRA 1 CP1
         We start the week off by working on Section 6-6, Graphing Systems of Inequalities.  You have already graphed one inequality with two variables so this is not that much more involved.  With that we will have finished the Chapter, meaning a Chapter Test is looming next week.

ALGEBRA 2 CP1
         Monday we will review Sections 4-1,4-2.4-3, & 4-5 for a quiz Wednesday.  Then we will begin Chapter 5, the longest chapter of the year.  It deals with the concepts of Polynomials and Factoring, which you all did in Algebra 1.  We will go into it in more detail.

GEOMETRY HONORS
         We begin the week with a quick quiz on Sections 4-1 & 4-2.  Then we will cover the different methods of proving triangles congruent (SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, and HL).  You will also also be applying these rules to Proofs throughout the chapter.

ALGEBRA 1 CP2
         We will be working on solving Systems of Equations by Substitution and then Elimination.  We will probably only have enough time next week to do Substitution.  Our weekly quiz will be Friday. 


NEXT THURSDAY ALL OF MY CLASSES WILL REPORT TO THE COMPUTER LAB TO TAKE THE CTC SURVEY.  IT SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES TO DO.
